Virginia Democrats have passed a bill that would allow illegal alien students to obtain in-state college tuition.
The Virginia state Senate passed SB 935, which would allow students who are reside in the United States illegally to claim in-state tuition to colleges and universities if they are able to prove state residency for at least the last two years and their parents have filed taxes.
