In a seemingly edited questioned, O'Donnell asked about the new "bombshell" information in former National Security Advisor John Bolton's book, saying, "He says it was well-known within the White House that the aid was tied to the announcement of investigations, political investigations."
That was when Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) went after the so-called "star witness" for the Democrats.
"Gordon Sondland, as you saw in the President's team's testimony, they said he presumed and assumed. There was no direct conversation," she said, adding that if Bolton was such a crucial witness, why was he not subpoenaed by Adam Schiff (D-CA)?
