Henrico County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - An 18-year-old has been charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of a Henrico man.
On Sunday, Sept. 15, police found a man dead outside a home along the 100 block of S. Cedar Avenue in Varina. The man was identified as 30-year-old James Lawitz.
Police said 18-year-old Troy Vincent Charran Jr. of Henrico County has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
