Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - AAA says Hurricane Milton is one of the reasons behind the recent spike in gas prices here in the Richmond metro.

The average locally jumped four more cents overnight to $3.16 a gallon. Over the last week, costs have risen 17 cents.

Crude oil prices and concern over the conflict in the Middle East are also driving the rise in prices.
