Ablemarle, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Ablemarle High School Principal Darah Bonham says a high school freshman is back in the country, safe, along with her family. The freshman had contacted Bonham last week looking for her schedule, while she was stuck in Afghanistan.
Bonham says he is looking forward to meeting the student and welcoming her to Ablemarle high. He told other reporters her situation put a lot of things into perspective.
Ablemarle started school this week.
