Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - A teen, accused of killing 13-year old Lucia Bremer near Mills Godwin High School in March, now faces additional charges tied to the case. It was the first hearing for the teen in the case since his arraignment shortly after Bremer was killed.

The new charges in the case include brandishing and attempted murder. Those charges are tied to the girl Bremer was walking with when she was kille. The other girl was not hurt. The teen boy also faces a charge for an alleged threat against a school, which apparently was communicated before the Bremer shooting but was not found until afterwards. The boy, who was fourteen at the time of his arrest, originally faced murder and firearms charges.

We could learn later this month if the boy's case will be handled in adult court.
