Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Henrico Police now say all three teens involved in a car crash near Hermitage High School were 14 years old and ineligible to drive. One was killed and two were injured. All three were Hermitage students and speed is considered as a factor.
Police say the car was owned by one of the families and was not reported stolen. Our partners at 8News identify the student killed as Keyon Johnson. They also report that the boy's mother is on a cruise overseas in Rome, and cannot get off the boat.
Police did not say anything about charges.
