Chesterfield, Va. (Newsradiowr.com) - Virginia State Police have made an arrest in the most recent shooting along I-95 in Chesterfield this year. Officers arrested Arkell Browder, 18, of Petersburg, and charged him several counts including shooting from a vehicle.

Police say the shooting occurred on May 5th, in the early afternoon, near Woods Edge Road. Two cars were going north when an SUV in the right lane shot at an Jeep SUV in the center lane. The Jeep driver returned fire. The only injury was to a Jeep passenger hit by broken glass. The SUV in the right lane never stopped.

There have been four shootings on that stretch of I-95 this year. The only one still unsolved is a shooting on March 30th near Temple Avenue, in which two people were wounded.
