Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Breeze Airways is set to add nonstop flight service to Fort Myers, Florida starting November 15, just in time to escape the cold weather.
The airline first came to Richmond International Airport about two years ago. Since then, it's grown to offer 13 nonstop flight destinations from Richmond. Breeze also offers nonstop routes to West Coast locations including Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, as well as East Coast routes to Charleston, Cincinnati, Tampa, and more.
"We're excited to see the new route come on board. Breeze has been a welcome addition [to RIC]," says Troy Bell, RIC spokesperson. "If the prices and dates are right, we'll see you at the airport."
The new route will begin November 15 with service on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Fares will start at $49 one way, if purchased by July 24.
