Norfolk, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - There are multiple reports prosecutors in Hampton Roads have withdrawn charges against Antoine Legrande, Jr., the man accused of killing three people in a shooting outside a restaurant in March. Virginian-Pilot Reporter Sierra Jenkins, an innocent bystander, was among those killed.

Prosecutors withdrew the charges because witnesses did not show up in court. Those charges can be brought back later. Legrande wasn't arrested until May, two months after the alleged shooting.

The shooting reportedly happened over a spilled drink. Jenkins was actually supposed to be the breaking news reporter the next day, and was called to cover the shooting, but never answered.
