Chesterfield Health District Encouraging Residents to Use VaccineFinder.OrgWith the increase of the widespread availability of the COVID-19 vaccine and the goal to get as many people vaccinated as possible, the Virginia Department of Health Chesterfield Health District (CHD) is encouraging residents to use VaccineFinder.org to schedule an appointment to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The VaccineFinder website, which has a searchable map-based tool, allows you to find appointments for a COVID-19 vaccine closest to you. If someone has pre-registered on the VDH website, Vaccinate.Virginia.gov, and has not been contacted to schedule an appointment, CHD is recommending they go to VaccineFinder.org and schedule an appointment. The VDH health districts hosting vaccine clinics will be listed on VaccineFinder.org along with pharmacies, and doctor’s offices that have the vaccine available to administer.
