CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield Police are searching for a missing man who was last seen on Dec. 16, 2021.
Michael A. Winn, 56, was last seen on Dec. 16 at about 4 p.m. walking in the
Chesterfield County courthouse area. Winn, of the 300 block of Grigg Street in Petersburg, is described as a white male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
