Chesterfield County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - A new park is coming to Chesterfield County. It will be called Cogbill Park, and the first phase of construction is set to underway next month.
The county’s Department of Parks and Recreation says construction is expected to be completed by the fall of 2025.
The initial phase of construction will include a playground, an open play lawn, restroom facilities, a picnic shelter, a basketball court, a tennis court, asphalt and hiking trails, and four pickleball courts.
The park will be located at 6700 Cogbill Road.
