Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Dominion says it will resume disconnections for people who are more than 60 days behind on the bills starting in November. However, the company also stresses they do not want to disconnect anyone, and are asking people who are behind to contact them for payment plans.

Dominion stopped disconnections in March of 2020 as the Covid pandemic took hold. A spokesman says the Commonwealth gave them the ability to resume them in September, but they chose instead to wait until November.
