Chesterfield County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - One person is dead after an officer-involved shooting Sunday morning in Chesterfield County.
The incident took place not far from the intersection of Ironbridge and Jessup Roads. After a struggle, the driver fled the scene and shots were exchanged. Then came a short pursuit and another exchange, at which point the suspect was killed.
No officers were injured but the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
