Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Early voting for the presidential primary in the city of Richmond has returned to its normal location.
Last week, a heating system failure forced officials to close the Office of Elections building and move early voting to City Hall.
On Tuesday, Feb. 6, Registrar Keith Balmer announced the reopening of the building.
“I’m delighted to announce that, after a temporary closure, our office is back in business,” Balmer said on social media.
Early voting is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the week at 2134 West Laburnum Ave.
