Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - A four-year-old boy is injured after he was shot near the Whitcomb area of Richmond’s East End.

The incident took place on Tuesday, Dec. 31 at approximately 1:59 a.m., in the 1900 block of Maddox Street. The boy was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.


As of the time of reporting, the circumstances of the incident are unclear. Detectives say they are not looking for suspects in this shooting.
