Gunshots May Have Preceded Fatal Crash

Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Virginia State Police are investigating if gunshots preceded a crash on I-95 in Henrico that killed four people. Two firearms were recovered from the scene, according to State Police.

The four people killed in the accident where among five people ejected from an Impala around 2am Wednesday morning. The Impala left the northbound lands, hit a guardrail, and then a Tesla heading southbound. The southbound portion of the accident occurred in a workzone. No workers were injured.

Two people in the Tesla were hurt, as well as the fifth person ejected from the Impala. The fifth ejected person has life-threatening injuries.
