Hanover, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Hanover is looking for residents who are 75 and older, pre-registered, and have not received a Covid vaccine to contact their Call Center. The Center's number is 365-3240 and is staffed from 8Am to 4:30pm. The County is trying to make sure that its has given shots to everyone in its elderly population that wants one.
Hanover has been reaching out to people by phone and email, but fear they have not reached everyone. They are also holding some special clinics this week, both with the Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines.
The county hopes to get people from waitlists to appointments within a week and a half.
