Juveniles Arrested After Alleged Carjacking, Chase

Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Chesterfield police have a teenage girl and three teenage boys in custody, after an alleged carjacking Thursday night that ened with a crash involving State Police in Hanover. One officer suffered injuries and was treated and released. None of the teens were injured.

Chestefield Police say the incident began when the victim went with a girl he knew to a vacant apartment. Shortly afterwards, according to Police, three other teens showed up with a knife and metal robs. The victim, according to Police, had some property and his car stolen.

State Police got involved when the car was spotted on I-95 in Richmond. The pursuit reached speeds of 100 miles per hour. The teens face a long list of charges including conspiracy, possession of a stolen vehicle, and assualt, although the teen girl does not face that charge.
