Prince Edward County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - The Prince Edward County Sheriff's Department says that 2 federal inmates escaped from jail this morning. Just after 4 AM, the Sheriff's office says they were alerted that two inmates had gone missing from the Piedmont Regional Jail.
Police are now searching for 44-year-old Bruce Callahan and 26-year-old Alder Marin-Sotelo. Marin Sotelo is a Hispanic male, roughly 5'6", with black hair and brown eyes. Callahan is a White male, about 5'10" who also has black hair and brown eyes. Both men reportedly have ties to North Carolina.
Police are asking locals to be on the lookout and to call 911 if they believe they have seen either of these men.
