Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Richmond residents will not see a four-cent real estate tax cut after Richmond City Council voted Tuesday in favor of a competing tax relief proposal from Mayor Levar Stoney.

Councilwoman Reva Trammell, who’s been pushing for the tax cut for years, talked to John Reid this week about why she plans to “keep fighting, fighting, fighting” for the cut.
