Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - A recent list from Country Living ranks Richmond as one of the 17 best places to retire in the country.
The list, authored by Senior Shopping Editor Isis Briones, places Richmond at number 17 on the list.
“Last but not least, check out Richmond, which has an unmatched art scene and more,” the article reads. “Despite being an hour and a half from the nation’s capital, Richmond is still as affordable as can be with some of the country’s leading hospitals in town as part of Virginia Commonwealth University.”
Other cities included on the list were Raleigh, North Carolina, Pensacola, Florida, and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The full list can be found on Country Living’s website.
