Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - To celebrate Valentine’s Day, the Richmond SPCA is waiving adoption fees for pets that are members of the “Lonely Hearts Club.”
Throughout the month of February, the shelter says there will be no fee to adopt pets that have been in its care for 90 days or more.
"What's the best way to celebrate Valentine's Day? How about adding a member of our Lonely Hearts Club to your home," the Richmond SPCA said. “We’re waiving adoption fees throughout February for all pets who have been in our care for 90 days or more."
