Richmond, Va (Newsradiowrva.com) - Richmond could be looking at severe storms, and possibly, tornadoes Thursday afternoon. NBC12 Meteorologist Andrew Freiden says the greatest threat is expected from 4pm to 10pm, and is more likely to our south, but cannot be ruled out here.

Freiden says if it gets warm enough, and the atmopshere unstable enough, storms are possible here. Tomorrow's temperatures are forecast to be in the mid-sixties. Severe weather is forecast for the Deep South in the U.S. later today.

The storms are being triggered by a strong cold front, and Freiden adds behind it, it could be cold enough to see some snow in the sky on Friday.
