Chesterfield County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Chesterfield Police are searching for a suspect after shots were fired during a police chase Sunday evening.
It began just before midnight near Chesterwood and Cogbill Roads. During the chase, people in the vehicle fired multiple rounds, but no officers or vehicles were struck. The vehicle crashed near Chesterfield Meadows shopping center.
Two suspects fled and one was arrested. The suspect at large is described by police as being a Hispanic man between 20 and 25 years or age, standing between 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 5 feet, 10 inches tall. Officials said he has an average build and was wearing a red shirt and gray or black pants at the time.
