Hanover, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - State Police say they are looking for the hit and run driver that killed a Maryland man overnight along I-295. The incident happened in the northbound lanes near the Meadowbridge Road exit.
State Police say Makai Cummings, of Maryland, was changing a tire on the right shoulder when he was struck. Troopers have little to work with right now. They are asking anyone who may have seen anything to please contact them.
Cummings was struck somewhere around 2am.
