Petersburg, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - State Police say a stolen rental car lead to two pursuits and a standoff today. The situation ended on Wagner Road in Petersburg, where the suspect refused to leave the rental car after first ramming a State Police car that had a trooper and Petersburg officer inside.

There was then a second pursuit on I-295 that went from I-295, to I-95, to Wagner Road, where the pursuit ended.
