Chesterfield County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - A fifth-grade student at Clover Hill Elementary School shared a list of two students they threatened to kill on Friday, Sept. 13, prompting an investigation by the Chesterfield County Police Department.

“Just before dismissal, we learned that a student had shared a list of students that they threatened to kill,” Clover Hill Elementary School’s principal said in a message to parents.

The school’s principal added that police are involved, and they are working directly with the families of students on the list.

The Chesterfield County Police Department reportedly investigated the threat and found that the student had no access to weapons and no means to carry out the threat.

The threat was ultimately deemed “not credible.” A threat assessment of the student was completed, and police said no charges are being brought against the student.
