Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - An arrest has been made in connection to the death of 27-year-old Jacob Baldwin, who died earlier this month as a result of an assault in Scott’s Addition.

27-year-old Nico Rivera turned himself in Saturday at Richmond Police Headquarters. He has been charged with second-degree murder.

Police are still searching for three other people: two adult females and an adult male, who may have knowledge of the incident.

On Oct. 12, just before 2:15 a.m., officers arrived and found Jacob Baldwin down and unresponsive at the intersection of West Marshall and North Sheppard streets with a head injury. Officers said the death appeared to be the result of an "altercation."
