Chesterfield County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - After fights led to arrests at the Chesterfield County Fair, new rules are being implemented.
Effective today, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone 21 or older to get in and they must stay with the minor the whole time.
This comes after multiple fights at the fair during its first weekend that resulted in four arrests. There is also a clear bag policy for attendees, which is new this year.
The Chesterfield County Fair wraps up this weekend.
