Richmond, Va (NewsradioWRVA.com) - Virginia State Police is looking for the driver of a sedan that was traveling south on I-95 in Hanover County around 11 Thursday morning.
The sedan was involved in a very bizarre incident in which a person walking in the southbound lanes, after stealing a car that was at a crash scene, refused to let the driver of a sedan continue on the road, even jumping on the hood for a while.
State Police want to talk to the driver of that sedan to see if there was any damage to the vehicle. There's actually video of some of the encounter with the pedestrian and the sedan that was caught via dashcam from a vehicle on the side of the road. That video can be found at the Virginia State Police Facebook page or the VSP Twitter page.
The man who ended up jumping on the hood of the sedan was taken into custody and was transported to VCU Medical Center for evaluation.
