Washington, D.C. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Senator Mark Warner (D) says he favors declassifying as much intelligence as possible of the recent explosion that occurred at a hospital in Gaza. Hamas has blamed Israel for the explosion, but Warner, the Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, says the data he's seen makes him confident that it was a Palestinian group's missile.
Warner and Senator Tim Kaine (D) both spoke to reporters on Thursday about the war in Israel and Gaza. Kaine said Israel has a right and duty to respond to Hamas' terror attacks. He adds he is glad President Joe Biden (D) went to Israel and spoke of the American experience with terror. He says Israel should learn from the experience, and react strategically, taking pains not to catch innocent Gazans in the middle.
Kaine says attacking strategically shows strength, not weakness.
