Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - A water main break has caused a road closure near Virginia Commonwealth University’s Monroe Park campus.
In an alert, the university said the water main break is located near the 700 block of West Broad Street. As of 10:18 a.m. on Monday, July 29, drivers were still being asked to avoid the area of N. Belvidere/W. Franklin until further notice.
