A marriage dissolution agreement captured by PEOPLE, revealed Kramer will pay Caussin a total of $592,400 as settlement. The pair has also agreed to forego alimony.
Their agreement also revealed Kramer will keep their house, while Caussin will have rights to all the furniture in the master bedroom and bar room, as well as his truck, desk and dumbbells.
Earlier official paperwork from their split revealed, “inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery,” as reasons for Kramer’s decision to split.
Jana revealed the divorce to fans on April 21 with a post to social media that read “I’ve fought y’all. I’ve loved hard. I’ve forgiven. I’ve put the work in. I’ve given everything I have, and now I have nothing else to give. ‘It’s time.’”
Kramer wed Caussin in May 2015 and they share two children together; Jolie Rae (5) and Jace Joseph (2). Caussin was Kramer’s third husband. Prior to Caussin, Kramer wed actor Johnathon Schaech who she divorced after one week, and Michael Gambino, who she met when she was 19.
Since the divorce, Kramer has spoken out sharing that she finds strength through the relationship with her children and is learning to love all aspects of herself.
“I’m ready to be in love with myself, and that includes my body,” Kramer posted on social media, showing off a new look. "I have no idea what tomorrow holds. All I know is I was good enough before, and I’m good enough now.”
