The new Byway Discovery Center at Great Rivers Park is set for a grand opening on Friday afternoon. Cory Jobe, President & CEO of the Great Rivers & Routes Tourism Bureau, tells Debbie Monterrey that the new center is located between Alton and Grafton on the Great River Road. Next spring, the group will break ground on a 55-acre park surrounding the center.
