Webster Groves utility boxes will get a 'glow up' through new program

Webster Groves Arts Commissioner Trish Muyco-Tobin joins Jade Aubrey to detail a new project for artists in the region. They're accepting proposals to paint four traffic signal cabinets as part of a new Utility Box Art Program. The project is run through the Webster Groves Arts Commission.
