Anthropic releases Opus 4.7 model and more powerful Mythos software

AI company Anthropic has introduced a new version of its Claude Model, Opus 4-point-7, which it says has improved software engineering. Meanwhile, Anthropic is keeping access to its even more powerful "Mythos" model, limited due to fears that its capabilities could overwhelm most cybersecurity programs.
