Governor Tim Walz on his pardon of a man taken into ICE custody

​Jai Vang was taken into ICE custody earlier this month. He was arrested and convicted of aiding and abetting armed robbery in 1994, while he was 18-years-old, and had served his time. He was pardoned by Gov. Tim Walz on Wednesday to prevent his deportation to Laos.
