Common Council confirms new BPD Commissioner in 5-4 vote

Erika Shields will be Buffalo's first female police commissioner after the Common Council voted 5-4 to confirm her appointment Tuesday. University District Councilmember Rasheed Wyatt is one of five on the Council that voted in favor of Shields. He told us more about his decision.
