Governor Hochul jumps the gun with budget announcement

Thursday was a strange day in Albany as Governor Hochul announced the framework of a budget deal. The only problem is there isn't actually a deal. Albany insider Jack O'Donnell of O'Donnell & Associates tells WBEN there's still lots that needs to be worked on before the budget is finalized.
