UM regent under investigation for alleged lewd comments about student

The University of Michigan will investigate alleged messages sent by Regent Jordan Acker. In a statement, Board Chair Mark Bernstein said the university is aware of messages allegedly sent by Acker which allegedly reference a UM student's sexual activity.
