Harvard-Stanford report says Detroit Public School district is on the rise

Michigan's largest school district is getting recognized nationally for bouncing back after the pandemic. The joint Harvard-Stanford yearly scorecard named Detroit Public Schools Community District one of only six districts in the country as a "district on the rise."
