Teen faces 3rd-degree murder charge in shooting death of Upper Darby student

Thousands lined the Fairways of Aronomink Golf Club in Newtown Square to watch the best golfers in the world compete for the coveted Wanamaker trophy. Police in Delaware County say a 14-year-old is being charged as an adult after a female classmate was fatally shot inside her home in Upper Darby Thursday. KYW’s Sunny Morgan has the details. Three people are wounded and one person in critical after an overnight triple shooting in Northwest Philly. Police responding just after 12:30 this morning to the 3600 block of North Camac Street near 13th Street and Erie Avenue in the city's Franklinville neighborhood. They found two men and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds. A 21-year-old man was shot in the knee and taken to a hospital in stable condition. The 20-year-old woman was shot in the foot. She is also stable. The third victim, age 24, was shot in the abdomen and taken by private vehicle to the hospital. He's listed as critical. Officers found a 9-millimeter pistol and three 40-caliber guns at the scene. No arrests yet in this case, but the 21-year-old was later arrested on an unrelated warrant. The second annual Gaudreau Family 5k and fun day in Washington Township today. KYW South Jersey reporter Mike Dougherty is there. More than 300 vendors along at least seven city blocks are welcoming visitors from all over the region this weekend to the biggest block party in South Philly. It's the South 9th Street Italian Market Festival running today and tomorrow. Festival producer Michelle Gambino says the festival is definitely THE place to come and eat.
