City employee Joshua Diemert argues that Seattle's diversity training is discriminatory against whites

The Ninth Circuit heard oral arguments in Joshua Diemert's discrimination case against Seattle after the city's Race and Social Justice Initiative told workers that values like accountability were "tools of white supremacy" and that a manager asked what "a cis white male" could offer the department.
