Where do you stand on The Netherlands allowing euthanasia in extreme cases for children under 12?

It is legal in The Netherlands to euthanize a child under 12 in extraordinary circumstances of pain and a lack of hope for improvement and, for the first time, a young child has died in that manner. Where do you stand on the law?
