In one instance, a physician transported a man suffering from IBS to a location just outside a Tim Horton’s to facilitate the procedure. Furthermore, there have been numerous documented cases where the intended method of death proved unsuccessful, resulting in the individual surviving. Efforts are underway in Virginia to implement a ban on what are labeled as "assault firearms." This move is viewed by many residents as a violation of constitutional rights. Critics argue that Virginia Democrats are focusing on types of firearms that are seldom involved in criminal activity yet are widely possessed by law-abiding citizens across the state.
