Rob O'Donnell talks about Scranton Mayor Paige Cognetti saying that Pennsylvania has a measles outbreak and two deaths from it. O'Donnell notes that per the Lancaster County Coroner & County Commissioner that there are ZERO measles deaths in the county & the death most associated with the story was a newborn during a home birth where the autopsy stated the infant died from a ruptured spleen not measles but did test positive with the measles virus passed from the mother.
