I'm interviewing for a new job and getting close to offers and a friend told me not to accept during Mercury Retrograde which is soon. But is that even real?

Plenty of people think all things astrology are hogwash but I'm not sure any of those people have any direct experience with it. There's an easy way to figure out if it makes sense for you and even if it does it's really just another data point with which to work.
