Richard Daley returned home after spending a few days in the hospital and is undergoing rehab, according to his brother Bill Daley.
The SUN-TIMES reports this is Richard Daley's third stroke since 2014.
Daley's dad---former Chicago mayor Richard J. Daley---suffered a serious stroke while in office in 1974, and died of a heart attack in 1976.
Richard M. Daley will be 84-years-old this Friday.
